Creston P. Smith

Creston Smith is a top-regarded trial attorney who has represented thousands of clients in state and federal courts. Mr. Smith has tried hundreds of cases to verdict before a judge or jury. He is a “legal encyclopedia” who is widely respected and sought out by his peers. His practice is concentrated in criminal defense law and civil forfeiture.

Notably, Mr. Smith has gained acquittals in over 10 first-degree murder cases and successfully suppressed illegally obtained evidence in over 100 cases.
